Argh. Ever since January and even now there's been a deluge of work and crap to deal with at work. Then the things to do at home never seem to die down either. Most of the time I work through lunch to get home a half hour earlier to try and get more done at home, but it just seems like there's always more to do. Now that I am back at work I can look back on my little vacation. All in all it was good. Very different from other years. We didn't visit ANYONE. No extended relatives since we didn't go into Brooklyn but rather had my family for Christmas. We pretty much spent the entire week at home, with the occasional errand and two exceptions.
