Given that your hair is fairly thin, do you think that'd work well? Looking at that style, I'd figure that you'd need some degree of volume to really pull it off?

I object to any plan that involves acknowledging Titan A.E. ever existed.

If you can find another character with the exact same haircut to base it off of, then I think you should pursue whatever look you fancy. But your hair might be a bit thin for this one.

Better yet, can someone Photoshop my face with hair like that so I can see for myself?

Quite possibly. Other problem is that it might make me look 15 years old. We'll see.

You may not realize that this is an illustration of a character that actually has quite a bit of hair (short mid-back, between the shoulder blades), but has most of it pulled back into a tuck-under bun (i don't know the right terms) with two large strands left out to frame the face.
