If you're up for it, maybe try a few Stephen King novels. I strongly recommend 'Salem's Lot (it'll take you around 5 hours to read if you're fast), as well as The Talisman, which is my absolutely favorite book of all time. They're not tremendously scary - 'Salem's can be a little creepy, obviously, because these vampires don't sparkle or anything like that. But Talisman is a really beautiful story; dimension flipping, adventure, and preeetty much canon BL. (You'll cry during both of these, I guarantee it~.)

Ahh Talisman is a perfect idea! Mostly because we own it xD My dad just got it, and it is HUGE, so I should def take that! I am a fast reader, but I have 15 hours there and 15 hours back, so I'm sure it will fill up some time nicely xD
I like Dean Koontz a lot but I have not tried Stephen King. I guess it is time, thank you luvvie :B

MP3 player? how long does it hold a charge? Otherwise you could always bring a CD player and some extra batteries :) That saved me so hard when I went to Japan a couple years ago (12-13+ hours on a plane = no fun).

Otherwise hey - you could always study for that test you have on monday ;)

yeah, an iPod would help, books, a drawing pad. Portable DVD players saved me on a 14 hour trip to florida. You can always recharge your laptop while waiting. Just don't let it out of your sight! XD Good luck on your midterms!
