Outrageous!

Today when I finished the romanian "practice", on my way to a taxi, I heard mewlings. I instantly stopped, and my eyes widdened and, as I lowered my looks, I petrified:

But can't you take them home to your part of the house? Just don't let Jamal come there... that is possible right? I don't know... I would have never have left them behind like that.. it would make me feel guilty of murder almost :/ I'd either take them in or call the animal ambulance to take them to the shelter.

That kind of stuff sometimes happens here in Finland too, and it makes me sick. But at least they were left there alive instead of put in a sack and thrown into a river or something... *sigh*

Makes me want to try and do more, but me and my sister already saved one kitten's life by adopting her, and two poor students can't afford more than one cat. :/

It's sad indeed that there are people who just don't care for animals. If I think well, all the animals that I had so far were rescued from the streets. Wish I had the conditions to gather as many as possible.

But Jamal isn't everywhere in your house right? Couldn't you have taked them along untill the animal cops come? Or till your dad/mum was home and take them to the shelter.
I'm sorry but i feel like you should have done something, because you may hope somebody finds them but what if everybody thinks like that? Or that some 12 year olds find them and set them on fire or trow with them? It happens here a lot, don't think the children over there won't do it. Kids don't know anymore that animals feel too.

Well, as I said to Suomi, here we don't have a well set system that enables you to help animals efficiently and quickly. And it's also the way of thinking that probably is a serious drawback: they all say "why should I do it? Let the other do this!". I also was with my aunt, who kept bugging me not to take them and I was hurrying too, really wish I could've saved them. But...
Jamal stays outside, but the thing is that my mom doesn't like it when the fur gets inside. She's on the idea that the animal stays outside if you can keep him outside. Last winter or when it rained heavily, we took Jamal inside and he always left the carpets full of fur. And, being crazy as he is, I really wouldn't risk bringing another animal. xD
