I have been working in the same video rental shop for SEVEN YEARS. This is a small town, so we are one of only two video rental stores here, so I know basically everyone. I may not be on the "Hi Fred, how're the kids?" level with all my customers, but definately the ~~smile, nod, "Hi!" ~~ when passing in the street type thing

What an annoying person! How could you stay so calm? I think I would have been incredibly angry and not very nice to her in the end. And that says a lot, because it usually takes a lot for me to lose my composure.

Let's hope she won't come back so soon. And that she accidentally spilt that Coke on her lap on the way home.

I'd have thrown the movies back at her. Then called the cops to report a theft and an assault. But then again, I am evil!!! LOL
