Yes! There's is nothing worse than having that pain nagging you throughout the day! I was having a conversation with my sweetie awhile back about how men complain about if their collar is uncomfortable when they are formally dressed....I told him that women ACCEPT that they will be uncomfortable or even in mild pain when they are dressed up - that's a given! He was a little skeptical, so the next time we went to a wedding, I was giving him a running commentary:

My high heels have rubbed my heel raw now, but my two smallest toes have gone totally numb, so that's good! The top of my pantyhose are cutting my midriff in half, and my stomach muscles hurt from having my tummy sucked in for the last two and a half hours! LOL The barrettes are pulling at my scalp and giving me a piercing headache, and I'm STARVING but I don't want to be seen eating like a horse (and my dress is barely fitting anyway with the whole tummy thing!)....Pain is bad. I've decided I have a lot to learn from men's attitudes about such things. They have it right ( ... )

I love your "running commentary", how true is that?!!

I always have foot pain due to shoes, but like alot of women take it as a given. I wonder if any of my many headaches are due to ill-fitting shoes? Hmm...

I think that posture is a big thing too. My knee has been horrible for the last few months, and I favour it. As a result I'm walking funny, so my hip is always popping out, and my body is always in a very subtle "S" shape as I walk.

I'm sure shoes do a similar thing.
