The entire concept of conventional dating is just depressing, really. Fortunately there are much better ways of finding love, or being ambushed by love. Life is good, and I'm glad you're still head-over-heels with your Chris.

Being ambushed by love - I like that. You know I don't actually know you and Ele's how-we-found-each-other story? Also, just so you know, you don't count in the dating horror story Patty :) There was no horror involved there.

Seriously, ambush is the only way it works (well) for me. I've fallen in love 4 times (including with you and with Ele), and every single time I've been taken completely by surprise. I've gone looking for love a few times, and it's never worked ( ... )

Official Dates [TM] are really weird and I've never been a big one for them. You make more sense than the conventions about dating.

From what I've seen of the things you produce you make a rather entertaining and pleasingly aesthetic sense of the World.

I think that you know your own mind... this often confuses people ;o)
