Filler episode.
The first half was quite heart-breaking for me to watch, what with all the Kurt parts from the Christmas songs are replaced by Quinn instead and there was only one Kurt scene and we still haven't seen any scene of Kurt with Finn ever since "Furt" and Rachel singing alone there makes me want to hug her. :(
BUT SERIOUSLY, FINN AND KURT ARE BROTHERS NOW, DON'T WE GET SOMETHING?? WAS THAT WEDDING JUST A LIE?? WHAT ABOUT A HUMMEL-HUDSON FAMILY GATHERING FOR CHRISTMAS!? I DON'T GET THIS I DON'T GET THIIIIIISSS
But hey, guitar guy from the band spoke. I like that little bit.
Heart-breaking and then heart-warming episode and I love how they did the Christmas performances, but really not much to comment. But I guess the Sue/Will shippers can have a field day with this episode. And Brittany was cute as ever. :)
ETA:
Really, do people believe Ryan just doesn't 'plan' Glee's scenarios? I'm not sure what kind of writer Ryan is but I know every creator in their right minds do have some set goals of what they want to reach or see happen. The only reason they'd ever change plans is most likely fan reactions, LIKE THE ONES YOU ARE MAKING RIGHT NOW. People really should give a second thought before complaining about the writers, really.
Now I may not ship Kurt and Blaine but the moment they do hook up, I'm all for it, really. The only reason I'm not shipping them yet is because Finn/Kurt's still my OTP and that things aren't set in stone for Blaine/Kurt. I mean, Blaine is a year older than Kurt and that means he'll graduate by the time they finish with Regionals/Nationals. I don't know how they'll do the plot from then on, but I can just see Kurt having his heart broken again somewhere. :( It's another drama waiting to happen...
Now, boyfriend or not, I just wanna see Finn and Kurt together again! Is that so hard? Yes, I know, this paragraph is irrelevant to the previous.
