Are you an introvert or extrovert? Are you/have you been in a relationship with someone who was the opposite?

I am a massive introvert and onto extrovert no. 3 and OMG he is such a full-on extrovert it pains me. I think that, equally, I am baffle him.

I've wondered about that - can two full-on extroverts live happily in a relationship, or do they need to pair with someone less like themselves? I'm thinking introverts shouldn't have the same problem.
Guess I'm basically mildly introvert but with extrovert streaks. Or sumthin. Haven't got any enlightening experiences to share either, sorry, but just wanted to wish you luck with the continued extro/intro relationship! :)

I'm an intro who has dated an extro many times. We used to find compromises such as starting out night with others, me heading to somewhere quieter for awhile then spending alone time at end of night,
