I'm sorry if I've been scarce lately. I went home a while back because of a supposed emergency. It turned out to all be a mistake involving miscommunication.

Ugh, all right.

A friend of mine if I can even call him that right now came from the Mushroom Kingdom to tell me that my mother was dying from an illness. And the way he made it sound along with my already shaky relationship with my parents, I kind of jumped to the conclusion that she didn't even want to see me during her last moments.

So I go home to confront her only to find out that she wasn't dying at all. Unfortunately...I...I kind of lost my temper at my parents before I allowed them to explain everything to me.

Needless to say...my mother isn't speaking to me right now.
