Being so far away from home can be nervewracking. I know the tsunami waves aren't supposed to go as high as the house, but I can't get anyone on Maui via phone.

Eric says that he got his friends on Oahu, but no one on Maui is connecting, so we can't find Mom or Dad or Lynn or Susan.

I shall be a worrywart for the rest of the day.
