Hmm.. it definitely depends on the situation. See, sex is wonderful, it feels good and it provides a lot of satisfaction.
Food, on the other hand, is necessary to live. Without it, we die.
But, some people would claim that they would die without sex...

I would say sex is better on the principle of enjoyment. It's way more fun than eating =)
