One of my colleagues at work is asking for advice on how to get in touch with his inner geek, through relevant movies and TV.
Probably depends on the type of geek, but for current TV, I'd recommend The Big Bang Theory if you haven't already suggested it.

Transexu-Ale made me giggle in the lobby of this Best Western in southern Utah. The guy behind the desk is entirely confused.

I agree... you could make hardcore coin with a geek-o-centric practice :)
There is, truly, never a dull moment these days... I miss those dull moments sometimes and realize that I am no longer set up to enjoy them..
