Current favorite (dead simple) rabbit recipe.

Brought to you by: "today was quite warm, which spelled doom for a lot of rabbits, because we'd been waiting for a warm day to have a massacree. Now the cages are less full, and the freezer and fridge are more full."

lots of freshly crushed peppercorns, a cup of red wine, 8 ounces of mushrooms, and a bay leaf (remembering rabbits cooked by my mother)...

Rabbit tastes good, but (at least in my experience) it's almost as annoying to eat as cornish game hen or quail. Not as bad as crab or lobster though.

Lobster is much easier than rabbits or birds.

Just have to learn the techniques. I recommend sitting down with half a dozen lobsters and practicing :)
