Studying Public Transport

I'm a University student again! There are two Universities in Fukui: Fukui University (amazing how they come up with these names) and there's a technology college that I can't pronounce let alone spell. Anyway the technology college is right next to my apartment. The center tower is how I found my way home one night. For more on my second mishap

Congratulations! Did you get a good idea as to how much it will cost?

Yeah, it was 9400 yen, which is about $90. Not bad for 15 hour and half classes. The only problem is that it turned out to be an open lecture class on intro to 2D art. Such as the first assignment is to draw abstract words: white, cold, etc. I got the impression open lecture courses are the only thing unregistered students can sign up for. It ok, because a third of the classes are lectures and I don't understand Japanese, Minato said I could draw in a studio and/or go to his drawing class on another day. I see this as a possible doorway to the Fukui art department. :)
