This has been a weekend of adventures. Not from games, though I spent some hours in Guild Wars yesterday. But I've been trying to find open source solutions that work for me.

Here's a thread in the Ubuntu forums about how to get that exact wireless card to work:

It's an insanely elaborate set of instructions, but that's actually par for the course for Linux and wireless cards, alas. They're one of the touchiest peripherals to get working. And at least this guy seems to break it down step-by-step.
