A temperature of 101º for more than a couple of days or a temperature of 103º at any point is cause to seek medical attention in an otherwise healthy person.
The traffic seems to have died down since 1pm when everyone with a rational bone in their body went home.
Too bad you don't get to be rational enough this morning to stay home.
I'm not going to that trade-show thing, they can give me as much crap as I want. Gary and I made it as far as Casey's and there were truckers sitting in there talking with the cashier, and even they were saying I shouldn't try to make it as far as my work.
Salesmen be damned, I'm not risking my pregnant butt out in this stuff! (And frankly, I think my husband may have physically forced me back home if I'd tried!)

I'm not goin'. I went as far as a gas station a couple blocks away, and even the truckers who were loitering at the gas station were advising against me goin' to work at least until later today. (They pulled all the snow plows off the road last night, so things are a little messy this early this morning...)
I feel the standard I'm-not-sick-but-I'm-staying-home guilt I always do, but it's best to keep me and the Baby Biscuit safe, I guess!
