I went this morning since when I went on Wednesday the office was closed.
I'm down another 3.6 lbs bringing my total to 32.4 lbs lost in 17 weeks.
Hope this finds you all well and that these crazy fires aren't anywhere near my calipals!

Another week and I'm down another 1.5 lbs. Last week I was exactly the same as the week before. I think it's ok though, emotionally I'm obviously going through some things and I suspect that I'll be back to normal in a couple more weeks.

Well…I gained 2 last week…so really down another .8
Total thus far: -22 lbs :)

And I bought a pair of pants 2 sizes smaller than I have normally been able to wear ...w00t!

Am I the only one on the planet who thinks it's totally lame to name air fresheners after food???...like hmmm, smells like someone indulged themselves in vanilla in here...no one will ever guess they just shat. Work bathrooms are weird ( Read more... )
