So last Tuesday,  I went to bed with a racing heart.   I have had more than one racing heart episode, some are small and end soonish and 2 previous ones have had me in the emergency room.   The last one that took me to the emergency room spontaneously ended while I was being examined by the emergency room doctor.   So this time I was not going to
