heh... were you around when i wrote about my sister driving me crazy constantly chewing ice? :/

try iron. maybe you're just deficient in iron - a common cause of feeling the need to crunch ice.

i probably am iron deficient... but i was frustrated.. in some way!
so i wanted to chew ice.
