Beautifully done. There are so many unremarkable Rose/alt!Ten stories out there, that I often don't read past the first paragraph. In writing alt!Ten, you strike just the right balance between human and Time Lord, insecurity and arrogance. Oh, and the warm and fuzzy romance stuff is good, too. :-)

This is unbetaed, because I think my beta is going to kill me when she sees this, as I swore I was not going to write any DW fic until I finished some of the mounds of SGA fic mouldering on my hard drive.

I have a pretty big headstart, since I'm cross the country. ;)

I swear I'm going to kidnap some of your SGA WIPs and finish them myself.

I'd settle for you finishing some of your own ...

And I have a pile of fully powered ZPMs (or is that zed...?), which is my SGA way of saying I'll believe that when I see it.

But I did open up that repli!John fic the other day! I did!

P.S. Don't be surprised if your beta sends some beta notes since you were too big of a fraidy cat to send it to her first. I'm feeling very unprivileged now, not to mention my poor Vegas!John muse is crying for help and you have abandoned him apparently. Rodney is plotting his revenge already.

Please send beta notes. I'm sure it could use it. I've got commas going beserk. And what Vegas!muse? You haven't mentioned any Vegas!muse.
