Christmas Dinner 2008
A little overdue but Mask won against Pork Shoulder! ARRRRRRR :)
It came out really crispy on the outside and so tenderly almost pink ish on the inside despite being in the oven for nearly 24 hours!

First course: French Onion Soup! I didn't do the melted Guyer cheese bit because my parents being all so Asian don't care for extra cheesey stuff, so had to alter it slightly to their taste.
