There's this new "scar product for kids" commercial that I have seen, like 12 times in the three hours of tv I've seen this week. Are they stupid?! I mean- kids LOVE scars! I know! I thought that was rather coincidental when I read your bio, too. I'm a middle school art teacher, fresh out of the box and loving it!
I just joined that first year teachers community and it has been interesting reading about other's experiences. I'm sure they would love to have you.
Not snooping at all! I tend to be vague about things like that anyway. The teacher... oh, man. I usually go for the history/politics type, but this guy teaches 8th grade math and the chess elective. He just kills me! I proctored a test in his class a couple of weeks ago and his voice is just so... monotone. Lol... I have weird taste. I dunno, he's just really hot and I always catching him looking at me when I walk to the office in the morning.

And it made me laugh now, because I just realized this week that one of my kids has a crush on me... oh, lord. I will be careful not to lean in too much when I help him in class.
And the teacher that I had a crush on? hah- got a wedding shower invite for him yesterday! SO funny. At least I'll be able to focus better now ;)
