After a few hours of just sort of tolerating the bird inthe store, we finally decided that he really had to go. For one thing, if he stayed past close, his little flapping wings would more than likely set off the alarm. So I set out to try to catch this bird. Oddly, we've never had a bird in our store that I know about. We've had mice, though. I had to help catch one, once. ^_^* It was sooo cute, though. It got stuck in the clearance room and fell asleep on one of the leftover stuffed animals from Christmas. XD We eventually caught it in a cup and put it outside.

At Meijer, they used to just shoot them. It was much simpler. But your way is probably better.

Yes, I remember. The ceilings at Meijer are too high to really catch them.
