I don't suggest having a fire in your apartment outside of a fireplace. It's just not safe and gives you a lot of headaches ( Read more... )

I had relatives visiting/house sitting, and what happened is so stupid and it's all due to the stove and it's stupidity.

dude, are you in shock? if not you're taking it really well, i'd be freaking out like no one's business if i was in your place. :( i'm so sorry you have to go through this, maj. it really sucks to lose your comfort zone so suddenly.

I am in shock, honestly. I was told it wasn't that bad, but it's worse than I was told, and then we have no stove and the complex manager wants me out...

I've been crying on and off all day and I can't miss a day of work because I'm training for a new project. I can't believe how catastrophic it is to lose your comfort zone. I think that's most of my problem right there...

the kitchen is destroyed and everything's covered in soot. I'm very glad it didn't spread anywhere else, but there's this thin layer of soot over everything in the house...
