100% of Randolph County's votes came in. 58% (6,526) for Capito. (69% reporting statewide, 56% for Capito.) 57% (6,495) for Bush. (57% reporting statewide, 55% for Bush.)

With 40% of Precincts reporting, CNN is calling Shelley Moore Capito as the winner in the second congressional district of WV, 56% to 43%. (24% reporting from Randolph County, 57% for Capito.) 37% reporting for WV- Bush 55% to Kerry 44% (Randolph Co. 24% reporting, 56% Bush, 43% Kerry).
