I hate Cox High Speed Internet. They fukc up my account all the time. Today they were supposed to shut off services at my old house but instead they shut off the service at the new house! They did this to me the last time I moved as well. I hate that you can't just make a simple request and have it done right. All big businesses suck.

Hmm, so far I've gotten a free cable modem and a free month of extended cable service out of Cox Communications fuck-ups (most of mine have been on the customer service end) so I can't complain too much. Oh, wait, yes I can! Getting issues resolved with them has taken several hours of my life I'll never get back again. Oh well, with a name like Cox I guess sucking should be expected.
