Does she have a little seat belt, or is that just her leash/harnes?

Washington has a "flat fee".. of $30 bucks.

I just dropped $247.50 for new tabs for my 2001 'Whatta Jetta'.

$30.00 ACTUAL TABS/registration..
$0.50 Licensing fee
$3.00 County Filing fee.
$15.00 County licensing fee
$147.00 Seattle Monorail tax
$52.00 RTA sound Transit tax.

Now they are wanting to put YET MORE taxes on there for road improvement and what not.. For the love of god, show me something with the $217.50 that I’m paying in JUST TAXES now!

The green thing is just her harness.

Yeah, the registration fee is small here too... $8.25. The "tax" is the big part of it. I think they should tax based on fuel efficiency or emissions or size. My Jetta doesn't tear up the road and suck up fuel like a Hummer.
