Ouch

I've had this strange pain in my left foot for about a week now. It's kind of a mix between a sprain and a bruise, deep in my heel. I only feel the pain if I'm standing or walking with my weight on it, or if I'm sitting with my heel on the ground in front of me. Any doctors out there?

I've had that, or something like it. For me, it was a make-out-related injury :) It sucked for about a month. Then it just went away.

It sounds like a stone bruise which is just a very deep bruise but it could be a spur. I wouldnt think so unless it lasted alot longer or got alot worse.
