i heard it's better to just take a lot of little meals a day, low-calorie and healthy foods of course...because if you only eat one meal a day, you will be hungry a lot of the time and your body won't have enough energy to function. but i don't know for sure.
just be careful sis, so that weight doesn't become an obsession :P
haha, dont worry. Ive seen SO many live cases of anorexia when I job shadowed my neighbor(shes a dietition), i could NEVER survive. yeah, I heard 5 low cal. meals work. I think ill try that lol thanks for the heads up
