Under the cut (LOL) are pics of my cuts and scrapes from my near-death experience on the Ocoee River earlier this week.

( Dr. Major7 always says to keep your legs elevated and drink plenty of fluids.... but what that really means in this case is that you are not supposed to survey the river bed with your legs and fluids do not include gallons of water out of the Ocoee... click for blood! )

oh how rugged! I think men of a certain age ought to look a little banged up - otherwise what kind of adventures have you taken on? glad you are recovering...
