FLIST Request

So I need some help from my FLIST, anyone read Shakespeare's The Tragedy of King Richard the Second and if so, what is the context of this quote:

"Cry woe, destruction, ruin, loss, decay;
The worst is death, and death will have his day."

Thanks in advance...

If you search for cry woe the author talks around it a bit.

I have no idea how reliable or useful it is, but hope it helps.
