On Friday I got to the gym much later than I wanted, but I had a really good workout. Thanks to both of my biceps tendons healing, I can curl 90 pounds for 10 reps a set. I really want to get back to curling 110. Another pleasant fact is that my arms are within 1/8th" of being exactly the same size. For the longest time, my left arm was a 1/2"
