My lack of updates is due to the lack of excitement happening in my life right now. I'm also lacking any sense of self worth lately. I realized I don't even like myself. I have good qualities, but the bad ones seem to outweigh the good. And if I feel this way about myself, I'm sure others feel the same. Boo on that ( Read more... )

I was just going to suggest some kind of wire for your braids.

Hey! I was searching for an image of the Ben Folds 'sham on' shirt, when I stumbled upon the pic on your site- this is the shirt w/ the picture of gangsta Ben with the keytar, right? Because I'm dying to make a stencil of it, but I can't find the image anywhere!! I don't suppose you'd be willing to, say, scan your shirt, would ya? Hey girl, it's me Rebecca (LyrikButterfly) hopefully you remember me from the ben/guster/rufus show.
ANYWAY - a hanger in your hair will do - just get a regular wire hanger (the only time WIRE HANGERS are allowed) and unwind it and then cut it to the appropriate length and stick it thru the braids - or braid around it.
Also - i hope you saw Jason Schwartzman on Conan.
Since I'm a stalker and i've read a lot of your LJ I remember something about you being obsessed with him.

ok, and oh, feel better, it could always be worse.

well shit! I guess that means i missed Ben on Leno!
I haven't planned going to any concerts lately - saving money for travels and can't take off of work too much for stuff other than the travels...but i might, i'll let you know!
