[[Hiroto and Shou]]
[[Their apartment]]
[[Shou ruins Hiroto's last date]]
[[PG for language]]

For a long time, the short ashy haired blonde could only stare at the other person on the other side of the door in what could only be described as disbelief.

Hiroto's date?

His roommate had another one? Hadn't he realized by now that Shou just wasn't going to let him date anyone? Anyone that had walked through that door had been smiled at, seduced so easily and then kicked out, because even if he wouldn't admit it out loud...

Shou was just a little jealous.

"Come in..." A grumbled welcome and for a few minutes, Shou had just stared at the other lounging on their couch in nothing short of contempt.

Minutes passed by more and he had whispered words, had given touches that had brought color to pale cheeks, and before he knew it, Shou had been settled in a lap of a person he didn't even know, tongue shoving it's way eagerly down the other's throat.

Hiroto was excited yet extremely nervous about his date. His past few dates hadn’t called him back after their date and he just had to wonder what he was doing wrong. He sighed as he stood in the bathroom mirror, fiddling with his hair to make sure it looked just right. He had brushed his teeth at least five times just to make sure his breath was minty fresh and sparkling white. He nodded his head and attempted to smile. He had to get rid of the butterflies in his stomach. The nerves would ruin his date and he knew it.

Leaving the bathroom, he went to his room to grab his wallet, keys and phone before heading out to the living room. As he turned the corner to greet his date with a smile no words could express what he was witnessing. Why was his date kissing Shou? Why was Shou in his lap?

”I uh….um…” The poor boy didn’t know what to say. Was Shou the reason his dates never came back?

At the quiet words, Shou's head snapped up, all to clear eyes taking in Hiroto's dejected form.

Well fuck. He hadn't really wanted to hurt Hiroto, just wanted to drive all his dates away... Looks like he hadn't really been able to keep them separate this time around.

"Hey, Hiropon."

Hiroto’s stunned look changed to a glare when he heard his roommate speak. The person he thought was his friend made him sick to his stomach. He looked from Shou to his date glaring at them both. He bit his lip to fight back his tears as he ran to his room and slammed the door close.

He covered his face with his pillow as he cried like a little girl who just got dumped. What had he done that would make Shou want to do such a thing?

Shou stared at the suddenly empty hallway with barely concealed surprise for just a few seconds. He hadn't really expected Hiroto to run off like that.

He had expected harsh words, crippling glares, maybe even physical violence, but not... That.

The ex-date was gotten rid of as quickly as possible, and Shou didn't bother to hide the blind hatred he felt for him.

"Disgusting..." A quick shake of his head and Shou was heading down the hall, knocking almost timidly on Hiroto's door. "Hiroto?"
“Fuck off!” the boy yelled from his room. The door wasn’t locked but he felt that if he yelled at the other, he’d go away. He had stopped crying for the most part but still felt completely dumb for running off like that. He pulled Fufu into his arms and pet the cat as he glared at the door hoping it wouldn’t open.

But Shou didn't move an inch, startled and just a tab bit confused over Hiroto's out burst. For a moment, the college boy wasn't quite sure what to do.

"Hiroto?" But before he could even hope for an answer, his roommates door was being opened and Shou was slipping in. "Hiroto, I'm sorry."

Only, he wasn't really.

“Go away,” he growled at the other before turning his back to him. He didn’t want to look at the other. He couldn’t stand looking at him and knowing that he felt bad for yelling at him. Even though he was angry at the other there was something in him that felt the need to hug him right then.

Teeth dug into Shou's lower lip before he was slowly making his way over to the other, slipping into the bed and clamping arms tight around Hiroto's middle to keep the other in place should he try to escape.

"Okay... I'm not really sorry... Not for seducing everyone, but I am for hurting you."

The smaller boy tensed a little from feeling the other around him. He wanted to relax in the other’s embrace but he felt so awkward in doing so. He let go of Fufu to try to pull the other’s arms from around his waist.

”Why did you do it?” he asked as he tugged at the others hands.

But Shou refused to let his arms be removed, keeping them firmly linked around the other's waist, the ashy blonde only moved closer.

"I was..." A deep breath, what would happen if he said it? He wasn't sure he wanted to find out. "Jealous..."

“Jealous?” A small blush crossed the boy’s face as he put his arms down and rested a little against the other. He thought he had feelings for the blonde but he wasn’t sure what to make of it. If Shou had feelings for him what would become of them afterwards?

"Yeah..." A quiet sigh and Shou allowed his hold to loosen from painful to comforting. Hiroto didn't look like he was going to try and escape anymore.

But had he been jealous of Hiroto getting so much attention? Or had he been jealous of everyone trying to woo over Hiroto?

He wasn't really sure... "I don't know why..."

A look of confusion crossed the boys face. Was Shou not sure of his feelings for him? Hiroto wasn’t sure he had feelings for Shou but he wouldn’t mind it. He liked Shou but would he be able to trust Shou?

”D-do you like me?” he muttered, scared to hear the answer. Things would get so awkward between them.

But Shou only let teeth dig even deeper into the dent he had already made in his bottom lip.

He wasn't sure how to answer that, wasn't sure he wanted to answer the question.

"I... I don't know." But surely that didn't help. "I've never been jealous of someone before..." So that must have meant something, right?

“Oh. Okay….” He looked off to the side not sure what to say now. Did that mean that he liked him but was too afraid to say something? “Are you going to keep ruining my dates?”

He wasn’t sure if he was going to get anymore dates after this incident or if he even wanted any. He didn’t want to try to date someone when Shou would be in the back of his mind.

Shou only sighed in response, not sure what to say at first.

Of course he would continue to seduce each and every one of Hiroto's date, seduce them because he couldn't stand the sight of them.

"I'll try not too..."

“No. You won’t at all.” Hiroto’s hands reached up to the others so he could be released from his grip. He didn’t want to sneak around and have dates because of his jealous roommate. If it was going to be like that, then maybe he would just have to get another roommate.

“If you don’t stop then I might ask you to leave.” Was it too harsh? Well he had to get his point across.

Fists clenched but Shou didn't say anything.

Had he seriously fucked up enough that he was going to get kicked out of another apartment? If it was going to go in that direction, then Shou would just have to avoid Hiroto to the best of his ability.

So the ashy blonde jumped up, throwing a less than happy look the other's way before storming out the door and slamming it behind him. "Do whatever the fuck you want, Hiroto."

shou, log, hirito
