I hope your workman arrives by the time you read this. I also hope the time comes when you feel like going back to the parkrun, but if it doesn't, that's completely understandable.

Sometimes I talk myself into going to parkrun but sometimes I just don't.

I am also having a very hard time doing anything alone that Manolo and I always did together. It upsets me that it's so hard to motivate myself though I do think it's normal to feel that way in our case.
