It's clear and sunny today but also quite windy; the temperature is a few degrees below freezing but the windchill factor makes it more than a few degrees below, so I decided to stay inside today

I've missed so much here. Do you know why your shoulder hurts? So uncomfortable...

I have no idea. Just one of those cases where I unknowingly slept on it "wrong", I guess. It's still sore although not quite as bad as it was a couple of days ago.
