I'm worried about taxes this year as well. I'll need Vicki's accountant to do mine because I think I'll have to do my usual with Manolo's 3 months of salary last year besides mine since I started getting the pension. So confusing.

It's odd that they can't take your payments by automatic payments. You'd think they would be happy to be paid that way.

It was own fault - I thought I'd set up automatic payments but I mixed up the account number and the routing number so when they tried to put the payment through off course the bank rejected it. So then I got flagged as an unreliable payer. I'm hoping that if I can pay enough months in advance in cash they will eventually let me set up automatic payments again, correctly this time.

I'm glad they agreed about refunding you for what the daughter should pay! It feels ridiculous to me that they charged you in the first place, but at least they're doing the right thing now.
