I've never read anything of Sylvia Plath. Have you read Bell Jar? It's her only novel. Would you recommend it? I must age 10 or 15 more years to acquire the patience necessary to read poetry (or do yoga).

I just got Bell Jar from the library the other day, so can't really say much about it yet. I'll let you know what I think. Mostly I read her poetry, online. Lady Lazarus and Daddy are probably two of her most famous poems.

To me, reading poetry requires much less patience than prose, it's shorter, with concentrated emotions (I am obviously generalizing like hell :D)

Exactly. Poetry has the emotions and plot of a book - in a paragraph or so:). Spasibo za ssylku.
