It's a good idea, though. ShinRa seems pretty fixated on its own stuff...the electricity project and whatever the Turks are doing. SOLDIER's just mercenaries, and...I don't have a damn clue what Celestial Being's gonna be doing.
Seeing how ShuRa was, I think we can fill the space pretty well. I've been head of Monster Control there for a while, so I have a pretty good idea of how it all worked...
I better be co-director again!
