I just got back from Israel and it was an absolutely amazing life-changing experience. Photos coming soon.
For now, my Goals for 2009:- Exercise regularly
- Become involved on campus (ballroom dance, gymnastics club, Campus Y, art, etc.)
- Volunteer
- Keep in touch with Israel friends
- Rekindle old friendships and make new friendships

Tumblr
I just created a tumblr (itscreation.tumblr.com). I'm not sure how I'll use it yet, since I already do my blogging-type things on LJ and Twitter. Tumblr is kinda like LJ, but a bit more public and more like a scrapbook. It's cool that you can see who reblogged your things and that reblogging gives attribution to the original blogger. I was a major party of history today. Not only am I part of the crucial group of young voters, but I am also a part of one of the (if not THE) most contested states in the United States. I'm so happy that I was in the swing state of North Carolina for this election...

When you wish upon an...eyelash....
I made a wish on an eyelash last night and it came true about an hour later...
Alex told me he loves me. And then he told me again this morning :)
This is a HUGE step for my commitment-phobe boyfriend. It's about time! -
Apocolypse?
THERE IS PRACTICALLY NO GAS IN CHAPEL HILL RIGHT NOW. I just drove home and five of the six stations I passed had NO GAS. The sixth had regular only.
One of the stations I stopped at had gas last night and a friend of a friend said she got gas there this morning. Now the pumps have plastic bags taped over them.
