I really, really like this description: "Their limbs are tangled like the thin chain of a necklace."
My favorite line of the whole thing has to be this: "Joe smells like comfort, like home." I think I liked it so much because with the amount that they travel, etc. it would make sense that they wouldn't consider a physical place to be "home" but rather each other.
And I LOVED the last two paragraphs about everything they are to each other. The last line really made me smile - dysfunctional, messed up - their just like "whatever." : )

It really does seem like they're so close that they would consider each other home. It's like the one thing in their world that doesn't go crazy or constantly change.
