I was very surprised by just how significantly my mood improved when I moved to Florida from Connecticut way back when I was 18. I even notice it now if I ever happen to be up there during the winter. Supposedly this has something to do with the increased intensity of the sunlight encouraging your body to produce more Seratonin which naturally enhances your mood. Funky, huh?

BTW, I'm not crazy cyber-stalker-guy or anything ;) I had stumbled across your journal quite a while back and friended you because I found what you had to say interesting. I've never been one of those people who talks just to take up dead air so I haven't commented before because I really didn't have anything significant to say. Sorry for lurking for so long ;)
