My work does a food bank drive around this time every year. Trying to stay one step ahead and with my improving organizational skills working for me, I decided to do my shopping on Sunday. Hey there. I see that you're interested in urban design, city planning, civic administration, and architecture. You must've found the ghetto quite interesting, then, lol. I can't believe that Big Lots would charge customers to use shopping carts. The only retail establishment I can think of that did that here in the States was Carrefour, a French Wal-Martesque chain that was here and gone for about as long as French car companies survived in the U.S. And I totally agree with you-Wal-Mart Supercenter is the last place I'd like to spend my Sunday afternoon, lol.
