It sounds interesting. I think every new mom goes through some small measure of postpartum, or what they used to call "baby blues". I know I cried more in the two months after A. was born than I have in the 6.5 months since. Don't let it scare you, but do acknowledge that it can/will happen. Accept help when it's offered, even when you don't feel like it!!!! I didn't, and I wish I had, because I might have really benefited from having someone to help out and tell me they felt exactly the same way....

Seriously. I felt like accepting help meant I was failing already as a mom, which is TOTALLY NOT TRUE...

I've heard that if you have ever suffered from depression, you're more susceptible to PPD. I had depression issues about 6-7 years ago, so I will admit, it worries me abit.

I will definitely be on the lookout for it and never refuse help.
