I am scanning the recipes tomorrow - private message me an email address on Facebook and I'll send it to you.

ah German food ... I remember falling in love with red cabbage at an early age, then re-falling in love with it while in Germany

if you're ever in downtown DC and have a hankering for authentic German cuisine: Cafe Mozart ... on New York Avenue near the Treasury building ... they have a shop and deli in front with all sorts of goodies, then you have to walk through to the back to get to the small restaurant part ... double thumbs up for this place
