Building Exterior:

The building itself is well beyond Darkness-proof. In fact the exterior Darkness proofing - a combination of brick and plate armour - is far beyond what is required. The windows are, from cross section, wider on the outside than the inside, giving the person on the inside a better view out than someone outside could have inside. The glass its self is difficult to see into, due to extremely fine mess woven into the glass. It's woven in such a way that it's easy to look out of the glass to the street however. The entrance doors are built so that the very heavy exterior doors open into an enclosed porch area, which has a set of inner doors, also heavily armored. It's not possible to see inside the building from the porch, although there is a plate of one-way glass to allow those inside the building to see out into the porch. Also, there isn't a listing for who lives inside and just one mail slot rather than mail boxes.
A note about the security:
There are actually very few cameras - exterior doors, the elevator, the stairwells, and main entrance. Most of the security around the building is used with sensors and infrared to know who is where. Windows on the first floor cannot be opened. Windows in the apartment can be but they will set off alarms. Not all the alarms are audible, and all alarms trigger to Mags NV. It's possible to have alarms put on individual apartments which will alert the occupants NV if they desire. Unless you have been programmed into the system by Magneto, the elevator will require a resident's presence to operate. Non residents are not allowed in the pool area.
