What the people and others at the Pub will notice about Magneto:
He is answering to "Mags" and introducing himself as "Magnus" - to those who know him as Magneto, he may make references to his codename, mostly in jest. Jubilee has called him "Magsy" - it's not really recommend for anyone else to try that, but Jubilee, as he knows her, is a young orphan at Xavier's school and so she gets a pass.
Magneto has his armor in his hotel room, but wears slacks, long shelve button down shirts and the occasional tie, sometimes with a black trench coat and hat.
When he is working, either with Kevin in the metal shop or on general maintenance Kurt asks him to attend to, he'll have on heavy work pants and work shirt with the shelves rolled at most to mid-forearm.
When he first arrived, he looked unkempt, his hair long and with a full beard. He doesn't shave often and will sometimes allow his beard to grow out and as he hasn't cut his hair, he will in time, need to tie it back.
There is a lingering smell of ozone around him that those with heightened senses can always smell. When he is actively using his powers, people near by may be able to smell it. Ozone has a sharp smell, somewhat like chlorine bleach.
He always has a tablet computer with him.
He is fairly well trained in medicine and has appointed himself as a medic.
