The gifs came out well! You'e using VLC now right? I'm still having the issues I told you about. I don't know what to do about it ::sigh::
For my .avi files I can just screencap in Photoshop (Photoshop never ceases to amaze me) but a lot of the time I use .mp4 videos that I download from YouTube. I don't know what to do about VLC. It's really hit or miss and it's frustrating.
I know! I hate it! but I'm too lazy to replace everything. XD I might do it when I have more time like over the week end but I have birthday gifs to make.
Oh and yes I'm using the VLC. You can try resetting the preferences to default and then doing them again. I had to do that because mine stopped screen capping.

Oh Photoshop... if only you weren't so expensive.

If only Photoshop would do it with more formats of videos, I'd be good.
Omg at least reupload your background to tinypic or something, I can't read our comments because of the photobucket bandwidth thing
