I'm looking for neon eyeshadows/ pigments. I need them before Halloween and need them to be really bright and pigmented.

I'm specifically looking for samples of sugarpill pigments, plus if they are from the elektrocute collection! I'd like a variety of colors, but must be at least pink and green or blue.

I found this at my local toys/babies r us and the colors are pretty nice for the price point. They come off a lot better with a white base but it seems like most bright colors do anyway. For $4.99 and to not have to wait for shipping, it's worth checking out. :)
